Shipping

All print orders ship within 1 week after order is processed. All custom orders will be shipped within 8-10 days after order is processed. All Purchases will be shipped via USPS. Items can ship anywhere in the world. If your order is within the USA, you will receive a tracking number. The time it takes for an international order to ship will vary.

*Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of import/delivery at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. For any additional information, please direct questions to your local customs agency before you complete your purchase.
 

Returns

It is my hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase from me. In the case that you find yourself unhappy with the purchase you’ve made, please notify me within 10 days of receiving your item. I cannot accept any returns or refunds after 10 days. If there is anything wrong with your purchase, please contact me here or send an email to carolyn.hommes@gmail.com. Please include your order number, and name of the item(s) you wish to return in your message.

You will be issued a full refund within 2-6 days upon return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for a return.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item for another item of the same quantity and size, within two weeks of delivery. We cannot accept any items returned after 14 days. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact me here or send an email to carolyn.hommes@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to exchange in your message.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for an exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

 

DETAILS ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS

If you'd like a custom piece created, please contact me here or send an email to carolyn.hommes@gmail.com and include a detailed description of what you’d like. Please also include pictures, a color palette, and anything else that you feel best communicates your ideas for a custom order. I will get back to you within 2 business days to discuss your personal custom piece.

Privacy and security

I have a great respect for your privacy and security when shopping my online shop. When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address. When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to my  collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. To protect your personal information, I take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it.
