SHOP POLICIES + PRIVACY
All print orders ship within 3-5 business days after order is processed. All custom orders will be shipped within 8-10 days after order is processed. All purchases will be shipped via USPS and if your order is shipping within the USA, you will receive a tracking number. The time it takes for an international order to ship will vary.
*Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of import/delivery at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. For any additional information, please direct questions to your local customs agency before you complete your purchase.
It is my hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase from me. In the case that you find yourself unhappy with the purchase you’ve made, please notify me within 10 days of receiving your item. I cannot accept any returns or refunds after 10 days. If there is anything wrong with your purchase, please contact me here or send an email to email@example.com. Please include your order number, and name of the item(s) you wish to return in your message.
You will be issued a full refund within 2-3 days upon the return of your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be delivered unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or you will not be eligible for a return.
We are happy to exchange any item for another item of the same quantity and size, within two weeks of delivery. We cannot accept any items returned after 14 days. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact me here or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to exchange in your message.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your exchange to be processed.

DETAILS ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
If you'd like a custom piece created, you can purchase the Custom Order item in the print shop, where you will be prompted to fill out a form regarding the details of your custom piece. You are also welcome to contact me via email email@example.com and include a detailed description of what you’d like. If you’d also like to include pictures, a color palette, and anything else that you feel best communicates your ideas for a custom order, please send these via email. I will get back to you within 2 business days to discuss your personal custom piece.
